Boobs no longer sore... should I be worried?

Hi all, 
Bobs have been sore since I conceived I guess but today there is no soreness whatsoever. It’s only 7am so I guess there is time but has anyone else experienced this where they just stop hurting? Worried it’s a bad thing...

Yea! This has happened a few times now. Today I’ve felt no sickness and had a lot of cramping so now I’m worrying about that too. Xx
