Vegetarian substitutes!!

My 8 year old daughter turned vegetarian shortly after I found out I was pregnant. (The kids still dont know!) I have been buying her veggie crumbles (like ground meat) veggie dog and veggie corn dogs. Theres veggie bacon in my freezer..lots of quick options for her lunch or for meals I cant find a substitute for...

anyways..long story short-i cant even open my freezer without gagging when I see her 'fake meat' 😂😂 I have frozen mashed cauliflower in my freezer that I keep trying to get too..but I cant get passed her 'meat'! I can cook it up for her, but the freezer bugs me for some reason! 🤷‍♀️Small rant done..lol
