HCG at 4+5

I had blood drawn last friday to check my levels, and just got the call today. My HCG at 4+5 was 169. She said my progesterone is on the low side so she's putting me on a supplement, and she wants me back in tomorrow to make sure my HCG is doubling properly. I'm terrified I'm going to miscarry my baby. Should I be worried or am I overreacting? I know stress isn't good for the baby but I'm an anxiety ridden fool on an average day and I stopped my meds for pregnancy so its been really hard.
