Trying to establish a supply
How often should I pump and for how long I'm trying to breastfeed again and trying to pump exclusively I've been supplementing with formula so I am not getting much of nothing right now. I have an ameda finesse and I've been pumping every 3 hours and only getting about 20ml altogether and have been pumping 30mins at a time I'm getting discouraged
