Any healthy mobile sperm is going swim and start making their way to their destination within seconds of ejaculation. Anything that’s being expelled out afterwards is remnants of seminal fluid, dead or immobile sperm, and your vaginal secretions. 
I always try to pee as soon as I can after intercourse because I’m prone to developing UTI’s and intercourse is one of the most common causes because bacteria can get pushed into the urethra so quickly and so easily.
