Should I be concerned?

I have a d&c on Jan 4 after I was told there was no heart beat. I got my period feb 4, which was on schedule. March 4 comes around and nothing. On March 7 I thought was af. Was presented as af. Then woke up the next day with nothing. March 9 same thing and March 10 nothing. After I have had sex both March 11 and today March 12 I have had bright bleeding but light after intercourse. I have taken 2 tests and both come back negative. I had a blood test done on March 2nd after trauma to my insides as I was in an accident. My question is could I be pregnant or is my period all freaky because of said trauma or could it be off. When I was pregnant last time my period was due the 4th and I experienced bleeding and then a positive on the 10th of that month. I’ve been having symptoms but not as severe as before. I know most answers will be consult your doctor but has anyone had this after a miscarriage or trauma? And what happened?
