Any women in here thinking of doing IVF or have gone through IVF?

It’s hard finding other black women struggling with infertility. I have two blocked Fallopian tubes & it look like I will be getting them removed depending on how my HSG goes. Any other black women going through infertility?

I have a beautiful 7 month old baby girl as a result of IVF. I have Low AMH and my husband has low sperm court. It was an emotional journey but was worth it. I’m open to questions, comments etc.

I had an hsg I have no fallopian tubes and I will have my IVF appt on 04/17/2019

My 3rd and last IUI failed I’m moving on to IVF this is a heartbreaking journey. Will have my appointment next week.

Me! And this is the longest most emotional journey. It’s like damn... black women actually HAVE THESE PROBLEMS!? Ughhh. Been ttc for close to 2 years and after 3 IUIs I’m going for my IVF consult in May 1st.

Yes Black women have these problems we are just not represented well and we don’t talk about and that needs to change. Fertility issues among black women need to be talked about and heard and represented there is nothing to be ashamed of at all.
