Baby induced acne

So I’m having the worst acne I’ve ever had and it’s clearly because of the hormones baby is ramping up. I’m 18 weeks and 3 days and my acne seems to be getting worse day by day. I don’t see my OB until April 2nd to ask about remedies so I thought I’d ask for help here. I’m using kiehl’s ultra facial cleanser, toner and cream along with kiss my face break out botanical acne gel morning and night. All of the products I’m using are baby safe: any suggestions?
