I have never heard of obesity being a factor in a c-section, unless it’s due to complications like preeclampsia or gestational diabetes, but women who aren’t plus size have that happen, too.

No! I am a big girl but had C's because of preeclampsia. My friends sister is 400lb and had the quickest easiest birth you could imagine!

Could end up being a factor when the time comes, but likely Not the only we end up with a c section. I did because I wasn’t dilating. And I told them to do it. Then my sons heart rate dropped. So they did it.
