Insurance

So, my husbands open enrollment for insurance at work has ended, and I was denied Medicaid. My job has had me as a part time employee since I started, even though I became full time in December, so now I have to wait for them to fix all that before I can even attempt to enroll with my job. I’m scared I’m going to get in trouble for not having insurance and seeing an OBGYN in the first trimester, because it’ll be at least 3 months until I could even get insurance through my job. Has anyone ever had this issue?
