I finally said enough is enough
It’s been 2 years worth of on and off depression that has finally brought me to this point. There are times when I can’t believe I let it go this long. Other times I ignore the fact of incompetence completely. Today I made no excuse and made the first step. After 100+ pounds gained and 2 years of looking the other way-I’m finally stepping foot into a gym. Wish me luck ladies; motivation and accountability are what I crave.
