Just a little confused...got any advice?

So I’ve been friends with this guy for about a month now and was never really attracted to him. However recently he has been acting all flirty... we were talking about other couples and stuff, he says “if we dated it would be fine because we know each other well”. I was confused. A few days ago he also brought up ‘how far he has gone’ he has only kissed. He has never talked like that before. His friends also seem to think he is trying to get it on with me. I want to be with someone in that way, and he is a nice guy, nicer than most at least, I just don’t know how I feel about it. I’m going over to his on Friday...i just hope I have started to figure it out by then. Any advice? :)
