Need some help!!!

So I had unprotected sex on the 2nd and I ovulated on the 3rd I also started getting back pain, headaches, hot flushes, I was getting a hot burning pain in my left side lower stomach then on the 8th started getting pink spotting then it was getting darker but it was also a red colour then brown i was having little clots as well I had that for 4 days and then stopped I am 10dpo now but to scared to do a pregnancy test because I don’t want to be disappointed anyone got any advice??
