bf won’t do anything for me

I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for over a year and a half now. I give him head all the time and we have sex regularly. But when it comes to me, he never does anything. He doesn’t finger me or even touch me down there. He especially has told me that he won’t eat me out. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have needs too but he doesn’t get it. Please help a girl out.
