Prenatal Vitamins or just folic acid

Do any of you ladies take prenatal vitamins while TTC or just folic acid? I Conceived first cycle last year just taking folic acid but had a MC just before Xmas. Since then I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins and now we are on 3rd cycle TTC.
