Sensitive nipples before bfp?

Hey guys!! For about a week now my nipples have been REALLY sore to touch or if anything happens to press against them, since it started I have avoided wearing a bra so I definitely know it's not that causing it. I was wondering if anyone experienced this before their bfp? My period is due today! I also have an awful heightened sensitivity to smells too, have experienced slight cramping but very different from period type cramps and I guess I just feel pregnant? For some reason I just really have this feeling that this is really it, but I'm trying to find similar stories!!
