6 days late & BFN !!!😣

So today is CD38 I usually start on CD 33 or 30.Took a test 2 days ago but it was a negative.so I made an appointment went to the clinic today took another pregnancy test....again negative.They gave me prenatal pills and said come back in a week if AF still doesn't come.i just don't feel like me.I'm tired😣 all I do is sleep.ive been having headaches back to back and my breast are sore.I really thought I was gonna get my BFP today but I guess not.💔it doesn't make sense I'm never late...
