Really need advice please!!

So I’m moving out of town in like 2 weeks and I wanna tell this guy that I like him. We’re rlly good friends and we talk pretty often. I’m pretty sure he likes me based on his actions and what other ppl have said based on what I’ve said and they’ve seen. So does anyone have any advice on how I should tell him.
