Pregnant but no sign of baby

On the 2nd I saw my period which lasted for 5days , 3 days ago I started bleeding again, light spotting So I went into the ER yesterday cause I have been bleeding nonstop for 2 days. The doc ran a pregnancy test on me and it came back positive.

We also went for transvaginal scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy which came back negative with no view of growing fetus in view.

I do have a history of PCOS though... just confused and scared!

I’m still bleeding, having cramps on and off... please does anyone know what is wrong with me?!
