Hi Ladies,

I’m a FTM and for two days now i’ve been experiencing a short, sharp pain down there. It’s been enough to startle me, take my breath away and today I actually gasped as it was very sharp.

I am 34+3 and I’m wondering if I should bother my midwife with a call (I really don’t want to be wasting their time) or if it’s simply what I’ve seen to be called ‘lightning crotch’.

They also say I’ve been measuring ahead but haven’t changed my dates so I’m sticking with being 34+3.
