Help! FTM here and our 6 wk old will not sleep in the halo bassinet on her back. We try to put her down but she grunts and moves her arms so much that she works herself into hysterical crying. We have tried swaddling, sleep sacks, arms in, arms out, and nothing works. The only time she will sleep is on our chest or in a swing (doesn’t have to be swinging). My mom came to help and said “maybe she is a tummy sleeper” but I’m intent on trying to keep her on her back. I just bought the newborn insert for the bassinet and am hoping that will work.

Any other recommendations or suggestions?
