Best remedies for early pregnancy headaches??? Help!

They haven’t been that bad up until the last 3 days it’s like right at the base of my skull 🤦🏻‍♀️ any good tricks to help would be much appreciated! Usually if i have any headaches excedrin is my go to but I’m trying to not take that! TIA!

Tylenol pm if you can go sleep or Excedrin with no aspirin. Those have helped me a lot with my migraines. Just go to a dark room take those and out a cold rag on your head. Should be eased up or gone in 30 minutes ❤️
