Help! TTC and have had 11days HF

We are TTC our first baby and I am using Clearblue Advanced to track- last month I had 4 high days and then I peaked. I saw my doctor after and she told me to start earlier because she didn’t think my period and ovulation times were lining up. She told us to BD every other day for a week (we did it for 2 weeks just in case). I started testing that day she said and I have been high for 11 days now. I used two apps to compare and Flo said I would ovulate on March 9 and Glow is saying I will ovulate today. Last Friday (March 8) I had EWCM and Saturday (March 9) I had cramping, nothing extreme just uncomfortable. I continued to test because Glow was giving me a different peak day. Is there a chance I just didn’t ovulate this month or a chance it just didn’t pick up the LH surge? I am worried now. I have read about people getting pregnant even without a peak test.
