Looking for some help with PCOS

I was recently diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I’m ovulating irregularly and my estrogen is too high. My obgyn is referring me to an infertility specialist. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten the same diagnosis and what the process was to conceive? Will I have to have invitro?Can they just prescribe medication to make me ovulate and balance my hormones? I also don’t have coverage through my insurance for infertility treatment, so also wondering what costs are like?
