Advice please!!

Okay today has been exactly one week since I was confirmed I was having an early miscarriage. They said I was in the final stages. I have had brown spotting for the last few days and today finally nothing. I have wanted to have sex so badly with my husband. Am I okay to have sex now that I am not having any spotting? It’s been 1 day over a week since I first started bleeding.
