AF due 4 days ago, negative tests

Hi, I miscarried my baby in January I was 10 weeks 5 days. I went in for the D&C and about 2 weeks after my period came lasted about 5 days, my next period was due on Sunday - still nothing. Have done 5 tests from Sunday all negatives anyone have any idea what’s going on? :( I literally just want to either have a positive (omg I’d love that) or for my period to come so I know and have peace of mind. Is it maybe because I was pregnant my periods aren’t back to normal yet? Any ideas appreciated, I just cry every single day all I want is to be a mum ❤️😢
