Side tattoo and weight loss?

My cousin and I are getting matching tattoos. I'm getting mine on my side... I am in the process of losing weight. I've lost about 16 pounds so far and I'm wanting to lose a good 25-30 more pounds. Will this affect my tattoo??

It will have a little bit of an effect. When I got mine done, I weighed 125 and now I weigh 110. It made it so that it looks the tiniest bit faded. The lines just aren’t as sharp and the colors aren’t as vibrant unless I stretch my skin. It was only just under a year that I lost the weight.

It will definitely effect the tattoo especially in that  area . I would wait
