Skin rash

Has anyone had this durning pregnancy and it wasn’t harmful to the baby? I went to immediate did a whole bunch of test. Came back negative and they can’t figure out what it is I have a low grade fever with this along with pharyngitis. Tomorrow I am going to my ob to see if she can figure it out.
