Late ovulation?

Was anyone’s cycle messed up after an HSG and taking Cabergoline? I had an HSG about 3 weeks ago and have been taking Cabergoline for 2 weeks and I was supposed to ovulate today but my ovulation tests are still negative. So frustrating! I was to have an idea of when my period is starting cause we are starting our IVF cycle once it does but of course once we can start my period will be delayed 🙄
