No baby shower

First time mum and I can’t have a baby shower ( it’s upsetting but I’m trying not be be sad about it)

Here’s why I live 20 hours away from all my friends and family and it cost a ton for me to fly home ( I’m expected to 3 times this year ) and no one is willing to travel here to me.

( already made one trip the next trip is for a funeral and the one after for a wedding ) ( not to mention when your flying it’s impossible to bring things back)

We live in a small town where I have no friends or family so having one with friends here is not a option.

( this is not why I can’t have one just why I’m feeling sad about it today ) My sister in laws due ten days after me. Any how my husband received a text from his brother saying when hers is ( so not to double book) and I’m like that’s fine I’m not having one any way.

But for some reason my husband is mad at me and treating me like this is all my fault when he moved us to this shit town.
