What could this be? 9 weeks preggo. HELP

Wiped and saw this. I held my pee for an hour cause we got stuck in traffic. After I used the restroom and wiped I saw this. I was also constipated. I don’t know if that could be a reason for this kind of discharge. I’ve always had yellow CM though. But never with a smear of blood. Should I be worried? I’ve had two MC’s before :/ but this the only time I reached 9 weeks and saw a perfectly healthy baby two weeks ago.
