In Prodromal Labor

I'm 38+5 (when the clock strikes midnight). This is night 3 or 4 in a row of consistent contractions. They fade in the morning are gone all day. Then return each night. I wouldn't call them severe but painful enough sleep is difficult. Idk what to do. 3cm & 60% today. I'm concerned baby may be malpositioned & that could be the cause of this craziness. The only comfort I take from this is that usually those with prodromal labor have quick actual labors. And I am also getting good practice in for active labor. Someone please help.
