Can someone tell me what this means?

The first sentence and the placenta position. I’m so confused. What does unstable lie and presentation mean? And do I have an anterior placenta?

The “lie” always refers to position. Presentation refers to which body part is presenting when delivery is approaching. Right now everything is floating around so there isn’t a specific “lie” or “presentation” but towards the end doctors hope for a longitudinal lie which means the baby’s head is down and butt is up, and a cephalic presentation is when the head is coming out first rather than the bottom or a shoulder which could indicate c-section is necessary if no changes happen.

It says that the placenta is positioned towards the front of your uterus and isn't covering your cervix. Which is fine and great 👍

Fundal is how they measure the height of your uterus it looks like it's saying you have a healthy placenta in a good position. All of it looks good
