Just wondering

So I had my 13 week appointment yesterday to do genetic testing. Everything was perfect, baby was moving and had a great heart beat of 169. I’ve recently had some cramping for the last couple of days it’s kinda just low cramping that is there for a few seconds and goes away. This happens on and off. Just wondering if it’s normal? And they would have seen if something was wrong? And if I’m 13 + 1 am I in my second trimester?
