Recurrent yeast infection?

Not seeking medical advice but recurrent yeast infection. Do you ladies find the 1 or 3
Day Monistat more helpful at clearing it up? I don’t douche and clean with water and soap. Not inside. Don’t use sprays. I have Summer’s eve soap stuff for down there I’ve used occasionally. What can I do? Or shouldn’t? I’ve seen a doctor and always Diflucan but never clears. Obviously this affects my sex life and wetness.

Even summers eve can mess with ph balance. I highly suggest taking a daily probiotic. Yeast infection meds kill all bacteria and taking a daily probiotic will help keep your natural balance. Sperm/lubes can throw off balance as well- I use coconut oil for lube ;) I also wash myself with baking soda if my ph seems off.
