Weight watchers reviews?

Hi ladies! I’m thinking about starting weight watchers. But before I pay,I want to see how it works for others and their opinion on it. So if you’ve done it....what do you think?

I haven't done it but I am a wellness nurse and it's definitely my favorite program to recommend. The patients who do it consistently lose weight and keep it off long-term. What I like about it is that you are eating real food and learning how to make lifestyle changes that you can stick with. It's about making healthy choices consistently, not making drastic changes that are unrealistic and unsustainable. If you are going to pay money for a weight loss program, I think it's the one to choose.
Now, all that being said, there's nothing about WW that you can't do on your own. It's a common sense way to reduce calories by making smart food choices. But I think the accountability and support of the program can be really beneficial, especially in the beginning.

I havent done weight watchers but heard alot of good sruff.  i have done slimming world and was brill. Im 5ft2 and startes off at 10st7lb so could see it more on me in april last year. By end of august id lost 2stone. I could still eat what i wanted. Just swapped sugar for sweetner. Full sugar drinks to sugar free ones. Limited chocolate and snack intake. Unfortantly from nov-jan i had a crappy few months so resorted back to me losing track and gaining another stone from jan-now. But  once im clear minded ill be back on it. It was one of the best and easiest diets to follow. Its more of a lifestyle xhange then diet.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I think it further perpetuates an unhealthy relationship with food. I always suggest saving the money and choosing REAL foods jnstead. In the end, any change always comes down to habits and being in a state nutritionally where you’re constantly thinking about meeting a number isn’t a healthy one to me.

I'm in the uk where you can do a self referral for 12 weeks free if your bmi is over 30. I've just started and lost 5.5lbs my first week! I like that I can still eat out and eat nice food while staying within my points allowance.
