Stopping Vitex - NOT pregnant
I am wondering what your experience was when stopping vitex (not due to pregnancy)? Did you quit “cold turkey” or wean off of it? Did it mess with your cycle? I’ve been taking it for five cycles and would like to see how things go without it but not sure the best way to go about stopping it. TIA.
