UTI at home test strips

Anyone know how accurate the UTI test strips you get from the pharmacy are?

I’ve been having frequent urination and cramping lately, and wanted to make sure it was just from upping my water intake and because I’m close to ovulation (I always have to pee more and cramp when I’m ovulating) or if it was a UTI starting.

Frequent urination and cramping are my only symptoms.

Followed the test strips at home exactly as the pharmacist directed and it came out negative at night and negative in the morning.

I should be good, right?
