Anyone else ? Advice please :)

Okay ladies . I’m 9+1 and my husband and I had intercourse on Monday and I started spotting after (which is totally normally in my eyes seeing as I did this with both daughters) but then i woke up the next morning to more spotting and cramping . So I called my doctor and she reassured me it was totally normal as long as I wasn’t soaking a pad . Well it’s Friday and I’m still spotting and cramping . It’s in my discharge (which is a lot , sorry tmi ) and it’s brown mixed with red . Do I go to the ER to check or is this normal and it just wait it out ? I’ve had one missed miscarriage so I don’t really know the signs but I don’t remember having any of this with my daughters . Thank you in advance .
