Eating at night when pregnant?

Is it ok to sleep for 8-9 hours without eating anything in between?

Yes that’s completely normal. Idk any pregnant woman that purposefully wakes themselves up in the middle of the night to eat. I’ve had occasional cravings in the middle of the night but I don’t wake myself up normally just to eat lol

I agree zero reasons to wake up to eat.... I have gotten up 2 times in 29 weeks to eat something , the first was because he would not stop kicking and the second time I kept having BH and I was hoping it would stop it

Yes normal, I would have to wake up and eat because I had morning sickness bad if I didn’t. But it is good to sleep

I’d really like to know what made you think it wouldn’t be okay to get a good nights rest while pregnant🧐??? I mean are you actually thinking that if you sleep for 8 hours you and your baby will starve or ??

I laid awake a lot, thank you hip pain, and I'd lay there trying to figure out how to bake a cake and not wake my husband 😂 you don't need to get up to eat. You don't need that many extra calories. Eat when you get up in the morning

yes it's okay. you're most likely craving for a snack. or at least that's what i remember feeling during my pregnancy, and that's how i gained a lot of weight too lol damn it
