No Smell!??

So i know i have something but it’s friday and i don’t have a drs appointment until wednesday but i have green discharge and no smell i’ve been having green discharge since about tuesday/wednesday morning and i’d rather be safe than sorry but today i used the bathroom and it was gone like no weird discharge it was normal. I’m still going to go get tested but is it any possibly way the infection is gone? Like every time i set up a drs appointment because something is wrong with me i go to the drs and boom it’s magically gone like wtf!! but anyways could it have gone away?
