Really bad like period pains in tummy & abdomen, brown creamy discharge & loose toilet

I’m 33 weeks and 3 days, I’ve been getting now bad pains like a really painful period in my lower abdomen & back.. the type of pain feels like also when you’ve got diarrhoea bug.. it’s a weird feeling

I’m also getting a light brown creamy discharge when wiping or just general discharge, sometimes appears to be pink..

I don’t know whether it’s just a bug I’ve caught (as I do work in a nursery) but when going to the toilet, it can be quite loose.. so not 100% sure whether this could be the reason for the pain, but surely not the discharge?
