The never ending period?

So I’m getting really stressed out about this. I usually have a 5 day period with maybe light spotting for 2 more days at most. I am currently on day 17 😩 I just got a pap smear last month and they said everything was fine. It was one free visit because I don’t have insurance. I don’t understand what I can do or why this is happening! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

That happened to me before. I had a 14 day period. I also had a 6 month period on Depo shot 😅

Did you go to the doctor before this started? I would go back and tell them what’s going on. Bleeding extensively isn’t normal unless you got an iud or just had a baby etc.
my mom bled for 3 months straight and found out she had cervical cancer from her husband cheating on her, she had to get a full hysterectomy.
Everyone’s different and you might have nothing to worry about, but anything about your cycle or period that is not normal for you, definitely get it checked out just to be safe! Best wishes to you!
