Suggestions
I start by sleeping on my left side, but then my side becomes numb or it starts to hurt and get sore, usually my hip area, so I end up on my right side. I roll back over when I realize that I need to be on my left side, but seriously, I don’t know what to do about the numb and pain.. suggestions?
