Pregnant after miscarriage?

I miscarried end of Jan/beginning of feb.  February 1st i went for an ultrasound and there was no baby; also the urine test there was negative. 
Had my final bloodwork done February 14 to confirm and my levels were in the negatives. 
Fast forward to today and i have that queasy feeling , exhausted, breast pain tender nipples all that good stuff.  Plus a positive test.
Is it possible that i am pregnant again? That fast??

Definitely. I had an early loss in December and got pregnant the next cycle. I’m not 13 weeks with my rainbow 😊

Blood levels on Tuesday were in the 3000 and today 6500 however during an ultrasound yesterday they are suspect of a possible tubal but saw a sac (or pseudo sac) measuring 5 weeks. I have no symptoms of an ectopic though so I’m trying to stay hopeful. I go back for another ultrasound next week and hopefully I’ll have more information.

Seven weeks today and got to see the heartbeating at 125 . Feeling so excited but still nervous.
