Miscarriage or implantation spotting?

had a rough day yesterday and was in a bad mood all day (hormones) i did not feel cramping but then towards the end of the night i got upset and started yelling. Moments later i felt slight cramping on a scale of 1-10 maybe a 2. I went to the bathroom to pee and when i wiped found light pink blood and this in the toilet. I went to the er, they can confirm i am pregnant but weren’t able to find a heartbeat yet because it’s too soon. I was asked to follow up and do hcg testing in two days to see if they went up. I have never been pregnant and idk what people would consider spotting. Does this look like spotting? Are miscarriages usually continuous blood flow? Should i be worried? I have not bled since then and i don’t have any pain.
