I’m 11 weeks and 1 day and and I still can’t keep medium to large meals down 😓

With no. 1 I was sick and puking right up to 41 weeks.

I was nauseous my entire pregnancy. Don’t believe the ones that say it goes away after the first trimester. Try eating toast in the morning and snacking throughout the day. Ginger also helps. There are ginger capsules for nausea relief

Early on I had nausea that went away for  few weeks then came back from 11 weeks to 12 weeks. No it's gone again. Hopefully it stays away. Lok
