Anyone with hypertension in their 3rd trimester, I have some questions

***Have a call in to the doctor but it’s 2 am and L&D told me to wait for a call back*****

Has anyone had high blood pressure episodes? I will be fine then out of no where while doing nothing get his with the dizziness and the thumping in the veins?

I take my BP right as it happens while I’m sitting or laying down and it’s always a scary high number after about 1-2 min goes to normal. Every time I go to the doctor or hospital they can never replicate those number of course.

Like just now woke up from the dead of sleep feeling off and cramping and my chest was thumping and hurt 166/88 then 2 min later 122/77.

So I don’t know what to do, I’ve taken pictures of the readings for the doctor but I feel like they just keep sending me home with no real solution.
