Bad parents smoking weed

Today me & my boyfriend went to park to eat since it’s nice out and we noticed the car parked next to us had a 5 year old. The dad took the daughter out and put her over the fence into the park and told her to go play or whatever, he then got back in with the girlfriend in the car and they began to roll and smoke weed, not even paying attention to the little girl. I really wanted to call the cops or someone to just make sure she’s okay at home and everything.

What would you have done?

EDIT- the parents were in the car for over 30 minutes, didn’t look up or get out once to check on her and the park was fairly big with a lot of other people in the park and a lot of cars around. I’m not saying weed is awful or that I have something against people who smoke it, these parents didn’t seem like they cared about the child, not even enough to check up and look up at her from the parking lot. Me “minding my business” is agreeable but it was just something I saw and noticed, but if I were to announce on here that child got taken or fell from a high up distance, there wouldn’t be comments of “mind your business” 😂😂
