Can i be pregnant? Read the description thanks

Ok sooo ..

Jan 20th i had my period (been been ttc 9 month)..

Feb 20th-24th missed period. & my hubby said he had a dream of us with another baby so i took a test ... Test was positive!! I was excited but the next day bam i bled 4 days light to meduim.

So i thought " i guess test was wrong" or chemical or miscarried.

So i waited until almost 2 weeks to take another test. (I had a dream about me taking a pregnancy test) it was on my mind alot and did a lot of googling. So i took a test March 7th and on March 8th i took 2 including the digital, all were postive.

So i went back go googling. Google says if you have a chemical or miscarry you can have the Hgc in your urine.

So i waited until today March 17th which is 3 weeks after 3 weeks after i bled.

So i am confused could i still be pregnant? Should i wait until my next period.

I dont have health insurance so i cant see a dr. I been looking for a low cost clinic but they aren't open on weekends and i work during the say so i cant go yet. I will see a dr soon but i just wanted to see has this happen to anyone ?
